The hotel was FAMILY-FRIENDLY, the staff were helpful and professional. The place had a family atmosphere. The view from our family room was amazing. Had private bathroom with all essentials. Location: the venue was near to the center as well as the lake. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Our stay here was such great, handy base for exploring Panajachel. Family king room was ready when we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, had good choice of food. We appreciated staying 2 nights here.

Appreciated every detail about my such great 2 nights stay here. The location was peaceful in the middle of jackson. Also, the hotel was 5 minutes drive from Bird Art Museum. A private safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were available in my a double room. Everyone was awesome and the breakfast was delicious.
